Lars Lövgren has extensive experience in assisting large Swedish and international cross-industry companies in the field. Lars works with particular focus on company start-ups and recruitment matters, employment law advice in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, disputes, collective bargaining agreement issues including trade union negotiations and international employment law.
