Bruce acquires Combine

MAQS Advokatbyrå advised I’m with Bruce AB in connection with the acquisition of the Norwegian Combine AS.

I’m with Bruce AB was founded in 2015 by Magnus Elm and Anton Holmquist and has gathered hundreds of training studios to a single membership in Bruce. The company has grown at a rapid pace since the launch of the business and is taking another big step with the entrance to the Norwegian market by acquiring 100 percent of the shares in Combine.

The plan is that Combine will continue to operate as a strong and independent company and continue its fine growth with the help of Bruce's ownership.
