Infralogistic acquires Aspen Maskinuthyrning AB

Infrastructure Logistics AB (ILAB) establishes in the Gothenburg region by acquiring Aspen Maskinuthyrning AB. Aspen Maskinuthyrning AB provides machine rental and services related to the construction- and facility industry. The acquired business had a turnover of approximately 45 million SEK in 2021.

MAQS assisted Infralogistic in the acquisition, mainly through Lovisa Elardt, Aleksander Källkvist and Richard Fiskesund.
