Layer Group continues its establishing in Norrland

Sanfridssons Måleri i Piteå and its subsidiary Tekniska Golv i Norrbotten join Layer Group. Layer Group thereby establishes in Luleå, Piteå, Kiruna, Arjeplog and in the ore fields in the area.

MAQS Advokatbyrå has advised Layer Group in connection with the acquisition, through Lovisa Elardt, Aleksander Källkvist and Kristin Jeppesen.
