MAQS Advokatbyrå appoints new partners

Jonas Svahn and Marcus Resvik have been promoted to partners at MAQS Advokatbyrå, taking effect from 1 January 2024. - With Jonas and Marcus as partners, we continue to strengthen our position within M&A and Tax. Their comprehensive expertise, as well as their commitment and leadership, are appreciated by both clients and colleagues, says Katrin Troedsson, CEO at MAQS Advokatbyrå.

Jonas Svahn has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures and regularly manages both Swedish and international M&A deals. Jonas also advises on real property transactions, corporate law issues and on issues related to capital raisings, incentive programs and shareholders’ agreements.

Marcus Resvik is an experienced tax lawyer, who works with Swedish and international tax matters. He has a specific focus on tax issues related to M&A and investment projects, as well as structuring and collaborates closely with the firm's transaction lawyers.
