MAQS has advised in the sale of Frontline Dental to Nordentic

Frontline Dental was founded in 2014 by Jimmie Persson and Thomas Andersson and is today a well renowned lab that early on has been in the frontline of the technological progress with a focus on high esthetic constructions. Frontline Dental becomes the latest of 14 laboratories forming the Nordentic group.

MAQS’ team in the transaction was headed by Hans Svedberg (lead partner) with the assistance of Jonas Blomquist (head of M&A) and Angelica Friberg (M&A).
