MAQS has advised Semcon in its acquisition of Tedsys

Semcon is an international technology which helps its customers to transform technology into unique user experiences by uniting physical and digital solutions. By combining 40 years of advanced engineering, strategic innovation, digital services and product information solutions, Semcon drives transformation in a wide range of industries with more than 2,000 dedicated employees based in seven different countries.

Tedsys AB is a Swedish company founded in 2005 and it had net sales of SEK 50 million during the financial year 2020/2021.

Tedsys’ employees primarily add strong expertise in system development, application development, and embedded systems development. The company has around 50 employees who are based in Malmö, and its customers include a number of well-established actors in a range of different industries. The business will become part of Semcon’s Engineering & Digital Services business area and will further strengthen Semcon’s digital offering with a strong presence in southern Sweden.
