MAQS has assisted Layer Group in connection with two acquisitions

Layer Group AB establishes in Blekinge and Kalmar county through acquisition of Wahlqvist Måleri AB. The company was established in Karlskrona in 2004 and has over 40 employees working in Karlskrona, Nybro, Ronneby and Sölvesborg.

Layer Group has also acquired Willéns Måleri AB, with 30 employees and business in Kumla and Örebro and the surrounding area.

MAQS Advokatbyrå assisted Layer Group in connection with both acquisitions, through Lovisa Elardt, Aleksander Källkvist and Kristin Jeppesen.
