MAQS legal advisor when RO-Gruppen is commissioned to build a new care and nursing home in Nynäshamn

On behalf of Sehlhall, RO-Gruppen is to construct a new care and nursing home in central Nynäshamn, with planned occupancy in the latter part of 2025.

The facility comprises 4,500 sqm and accommodates 50 care and nursing apartments.

The project is carried out in collaboration with the client, and on-site work commenced in November 2023.

RO-Gruppen is one of the most expansive construction companies in Sweden and offers services throughout the Nordic region.
