Tech consulting company Zool becomes part of HiQ 

MAQS has advised Gothenburg-based Zool, which has entered into an agreement to become part of the consulting company HiQ.

Zool is a tech consulting company with expertise in advanced software development, cloud-based services, DevSecOps, testing, and agile methods. Zool also has a specialist team certified according to the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). 

HiQ is an IT and management consulting company specializing in digital and technical transformation.

The transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected to be completed in May 2023. All employees at Zool will be included in HiQ's operations but will operate under their own brand. 

MAQS assisted Zool in the transaction. MAQS team primarily consisted of Mikael Kowal, Ida Hillestad, and Malin Hurtig.
