Anders Lindström is head of MAQS' Startups & Venture Capital practice, and is one of Sweden's most seasoned lawyers in the startup and venture capital space, with close to three decades of hands-on experience advising founders, investors, and funds across Sweden and internationally.

Anders has developed a rare end-to-end perspective on the growth company journey — from early-stage fundraising and ownership structuring through to complex M&A transactions and exits.
