Anders Lindström joined MAQS in early 2024 and in his 25 years at different law firms he has gained significant knowledge of privately held companies, predominantly in the start-up and growth sectors but also in real estate and construction matters.

Anders also regularly assists Swedish and international founders and investors in capital raise matters, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, board and ownership-related issues, corporate governance and incentive programs. He is also frequently engaged as speaker and lecturer in the venture capital industry.
