MAQS advised the sellers as Yepstr acquired NannyNu and TidyNu

The gig platform Yepstr has acquired NannyNu and TidyNu and sets its sights on international expansion.

Yepstr is an app for household-related services where young people can perform tasks such as gardening, tutoring, or babysitting.

Founded in 2007, NannyNu is Sweden's largest childcare company in terms of revenue and operates nationwide. TidyNow is a cleaning company that was founded in 2016. The company initially started as a part of Nanny.nu but later became its own entity.

The sellers’ ambitions with the transaction and reinvestment in Yepstr are to further develop NannyNu and TidyNu and, with the help of Yepstr's efficient technological platform, expand more rapidly and reach international markets.
