MAQS advised Sjöson in the sale of a logistics property

Sjöson has divested a logistics property in Gothenburg to Swedish Logistic Property (SLP), which has thereby acquired its hundredth property and its first in Gothenburg.

The property is located in Backa and consists of a logistics property with refrigerated and frozen storage facilities. The leasable area amounts to approximately 6,700 sqm. The tenant is Aroma Frukt & Grönt, a company within the Sjöson group. The property value amounts to 99 million SEK and possession took place on March 20, 2024. 

Sjöson is a company builder in Gothenburg focusing on real estate development, industrial and technology companies, as well as companies within the food and beverage sector. 

SLP is a Swedish real estate company that acquires, refines, and manages logistics properties with a focus on sustainability.
