MAQS advised Sustainion in the acquisition of Leading Light

Sustainion Group, through its subsidiary EWF Eco, acquires just over 98 percent of the shares in the lighting company Leading Light. 

Sustainion Group is an industrial company that invests in companies with sustainable technologies and operates in future industries. The operations are carried out through four subsidiaries: EHC Teknik AB, EnviroClean Sweden AB, Elpro i Alingsås AB, and EWF Eco AB. 

Leading Light AB offers presence-controlled and connected lighting systems for sustainable cities. 

With the acquisition, Sustainon continues to invest in the Smart City segment for sustainable urban environments.
