MAQS Advokatbyrå welcomes Lovisa Elardt as partner

Lovisa Elardt is currently a Legal Director in MAQS M&A- team. She has extensive experience in advising on M&A transactions and represents, among others, investment companies, industrial buyers and sellers, private equity players, and stakeholders of family-owned businesses.

Lovisa also advises clients on corporate law and in connection with restructurings and capital raisings, as well as real estate transactions. 

Lovisa joined MAQS in 2016 and has made a significant contribution to MAQS's success in the transactional field. She will commence her new role as partner at the firm on January 1, 2024.
