MAQS assisted in the sale of Inhouse Tech 

Consulting firm Qflow has acquired project management and engineering company Inhouse Tech, thereby enhancing its offerings in infrastructure, industry, and construction.

Inhouse Tech was founded in 2003 and is one of the leading engineering consulting companies in Western Sweden. The company consists of 55 consultants who design, engineer, and project manage infrastructure, industrial, and construction projects.

Qflow's idea is to gather the best technology consulting companies within a common network, offering project management, technical solutions, ideas, and information streams to improve flows within the construction industry.

MAQS Advokatbyrå assisted the sellers of Inhouse Tech. MAQS team consisted of Mats Romell, Lars Odinge, Jonas Svahn and Sophie Nordmark White.
