MAQS assists the owners in the sale of Säkra Larm to SECITS

Säkra Larm i Sverige AB was founded in 2003 and is currently Sweden’s third largest installer of alarms in the private market. Säkra Larm achieved sales of SEK 96 million in 2020 and has approximately 100 employees in 27 locations around Sweden. Today the company offers its customers a wide range including, among other things, burglar alarms, protection against water damage, external monitoring, alarm connection and smart home solutions.

Secits Holding AB (publ), whose shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, is a specialist company primarily within sensor and camera monitoring. The acquisition of Säkra Larm is carried out in line with Secits’s growth strategy within the segment in which Säkra Larm operates, where both companies see good opportunities to achieve synergy effects due to the acquisition.

The acquisition took place on 21 June 2021 and the purchase price amounted SEK 100 million.
