MAQS has advised PrimoTech Group in connection with two acquisitions 

PrimoTech Group has completed two acquisitions in connection with the purchase of a large majority of the shares in Rala Sweden AB and Assalub AB. 

PrimoTech Group was formed by ProfuraGruppen and Martin Johansson through a merger of a number of technology trading companies. The group has a turnover of approximately SEK 600 million with a profitability of more than 10 per cent. The group focuses on well-managed and entrepreneurial technology trading companies in the Nordic region. 

Rala Sweden delivers technology solutions for infrastructure and facilities. The company is aiming high and has ambitions to contribute to higher safety, better environment and sustainable construction in more industries. Assalub is an expert in equipment for the
central lubrication and lubricant handling equipment.
