MAQS legal advisor to Fluicell in its rights issue

Fluicell AB (publ) has carried out a rights issue of units. The right issue was fully subscribed, and the company will receive approximately SEK 29.9 million before issue costs.

Fluicell is a life science company developing tissue therapeutics and human screening products, based on the company's technology for processing and studying individual cells.

The company intends to use the proceeds from the rights issue to advance its agenda to create groundbreaking tissue products that enable new ways to treat serious disease.
