MAQS legal advisor to Minesto in its rights issue of approximately SEK 100.2 million

Minesto AB (publ) has carried out a rights issue of units that will provide the company with proceeds of approximately SEK 100.2 million before deduction of costs related to the rights issue.  

Upon full exercise of all the warrants Minesto is expected to raise up to an additional approximately SEK 50.1 million before deduction of cost related to the exercise of the warrants. 

Minesto is a leading marine energy technology company with the mission to minimise the global carbon footprint of the energy industry by enabling plannable commercial power production from the ocean.

MAQS Advokatbyrå acted as legal advisor and Pareto Securities acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner to Minesto in connection with the rights issue. MAQS team mainly consisted of Eric Ehrencrona and Fredrik Brusberg.
