MAQS legal advisor when NoseOption AB is listed on Nasdaq First North through a reverse acquisition

MAQS Advokatbyrå has advised the owners of the Stockholm based MedTech company NoseOption AB in the sale to Frisq Holding AB (Publ). As payment the sellers received newly issued shares in Frisq Holding AB (Publ), whereafter a relisting occurred to Nasdaq First North under the ticker ”NOSA”. In connection to the relisting the company will change its name to NOSA Plugs AB (publ).
