Thinc Jetty Collective acquires 70 procent of Context Media

MAQS has advised Thinc Jetty Collective AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of 70 per cent of the shares in Context Media AB. The fixed purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 24.76 million and will be paid out in the form of newly issued shares in Thinc Jetty Collective and a promissory note. In addition to the fixed purchase price, earn-outs based on the Company’s future operating result (after taxes) for the accounting year 2022 may also be paid out.

Context Media is a media agency with offices in Umeå, Luleå, Stockholm and Växjö. The Company with ten employees and five partners has been in operation since 2014. Context Media had sales of approximately SEK 70 million with EBTDA of approximately SEK 3.5 million 2020.
