Erik Palmgren specialises in construction law and has extensive experience in providing advice to contractors, buyers and consultants in the construction and infrastructure industries. Erik also has considerable experience in assisting Swedish, mid and large-sized companies with, amongst other things, analyzing and drafting tender documents, drafting and negotiating construction-related agreement structures as well as in day-to-day advice during construction.

Erik frequently acts as counsel both in arbitration and before civil courts in addition to often being appointed as arbitrator in construction-related disputes. Besides having a busy practice, Erik is a frequent guest lecturer on the subject of construction law.
