Pontus Gunnarsson is head of MAQS Public Sector. Pontus has extensive experience of providing advice on all legal matters relating to the public sector and has previously been CEO and board member of several public companies.

Pontus also has considerable experience advising on matters relating to land developments, planning and building, construction law, property law, environmental law and dispute resolution. Apart from having a busy practice, Pontus is a popular lecturer, often being engaged on the subject of Planning and Building Act, to which he has made several commentaries.
