Public procurement is a dynamic area of law, which is characterized by the continuous expansion of the content of law with legal cases from the administrative courts. Adequate and proactive advice in public procurement therefore requires in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of case law.
MAQS’ specialist group within public procurement follows developments in the area on a daily basis. We assist both contracting authorities and tenderers with, among other things, strategic advice prior to and during procurement procedures, and with the preparation and review of tender documentation, tenders and agreements. We also have many years of experience of conducing both appeal cases and damages cases that are based on public procurement.
