About

Mikael Kowal is head of MAQS Renewables and has provided advice to companies in renewably energy since 2007. Mikael has extensive experience of the industry in general with a particular focus on wind power, where he has advised on some of the largest and most complex transactions in Sweden, resulting in hundreds of wind turbines being operational as of today.

Mikael also has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital procurement, board and ownership-related issues, corporate governance and incentive programs. He is frequently engaged as chairman of shareholders’ meetings.
