MAQS advised Logicor in the acquisition of logistics site

Logicor has acquired a prime logistics site of c.11,400 square meters in Gothenburg as part of its drive to expand in the Swedish market.

Logicor is one of the leading owners, managers, and developers of modern real estate in logistics and distribution in Europe. Logicor owns a portfolio of 594 high-quality properties with a lettable area of 13.4 million square metres located in key European logistics markets.

The newly acquired logistics site is located 6km from central Gothenburg with close access to the E6, providing excellent connections to larger cities, allowing for ease of distribution to the Swedish and Nordic markets. The site will be developed to high environmental standards, targeting BREEAM Excellent certification, with construction expected to begin in Q1 2024.
