MAQS advised Tången in connection with the acquisition of PLS Produkter

The investment company Tången has acquired PLS Produkter AB through its subsidiary Nordic Surface Innovation (NSI). Through the acquisition, NSI expands its offering and strengthens its presence in the Nordic market.

PLS specializes in liquid chemical products for local cleaning, sanitation, and personal hygiene.

NSI is a Nordic provider of comprehensive products for cleaning and surface coatings, operating in several product areas targeting both industrial and wholesale as well as the retail sector.

Tången Industrikapital is a West Swedish investment company that focuses on small and medium-sized companies in the Nordic region with sustainable and profitable growth.
