MAQS has assisted Mofast in the purchase of residential properties in Örebro and Uppsala

MAQS Advokatbyrå has advised Mälardalens Omsorgsfastigheter Holding AB (Mofast), a real estate company listed on the Spotlight market place, in the purchase of four residential properties in the central parts of Örebro and Uppsala.

The deal value is 265 MSEK and the transaction is made by the acquisition of all shares in a limited partnership, in which the real estates are owned.

The transaction will be closed on the 30th of September 2021 by means of the sellers’ receiving most of their payment in newly admitted shares in Mofast.
