Jennifer Bake is head of MAQS's specialist area of Commercial Tenancy. Jennifer has long and extensive experience in assisting Swedish and international real estate companies and retail chains with all types of commercial leasing-related issues, including representing clients before courts and Swedish Rental Tribunals. In addition to her legal expertise, she has a very good understanding of the commercial conditions prevailing in the industry.

Jennifer also regularly represents clients in drafting and negotiating lease agreements, including for the establishment of renewable energy sources, such as wind farms and solar parks.
