Jonas Svahn has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures and regularly manages both Swedish and international M&A deals. Jonas represents both sellers to owner-managed companies, as well as Swedish and international financial and industrial buyers in the acquisition of Swedish companies. Jonas also works with corporate law issues and regularly advises on issues related to capital raisings, incentive programs and shareholders’ agreements.

Furthermore, Jonas advises on real property transactions and commercial lease agreements.
