Sara Malmström specializes in private M&A transactions and leads MAQS’ Startups & Venture Capital practice group. Sara has extensive experience assisting industrial companies and investors—including private equity funds and venture capital firms—in connection with both Swedish and international investments, mergers, and acquisitions. She also supports entrepreneur-led growth companies at every stage of their corporate journey—from capital raises and ownership structuring to strategic advice on expansion and exit strategies.

In addition, Sara provides strategic and legal advice within corporate law and corporate governance to owners, boards of directors, and management teams.
